Makeup Artist: This position is responsible for achieving retail sales plans and building a loyal clientele through skincare and makeup application. The Makeup Artist will provide exceptional customer service to salon guests through expertise and consistent follow up.

Retail Specialist: The main responsibility of this position is to maximize retail sales within the salon. This role requires the Retail Specialist to motivate the front line team, setting the example of exceptional sales skills and outstanding customer service. Key accountabilities of this position are to support and educate all team members by providing training and coaching in their salon location. Maintain high visibility on sales floor and guide guests toward product selection and purchase. Serve as resource for general product knowledge and sales opportunities for all team members.

Guest Services Manager: The main responsibility of this position is to provide leadership and effective performance management to the Guest Services team to ensure that they are providing consistent, outstanding service to every salon guest and that salon initiatives and goals are met.

Salon Manager: The main responsibility of this position is to provide leadership and effective performance management to the entire team to ensure that we are providing consistent, outstanding service to every salon guest and that salon initiatives and goals are met.

Guest Service Front Desk Specialist: The main responsibility of this position is to provide outstanding customer service and perform Front Desk duties in accordance with Bogar's performance and service standards. ??Key accountabilities of this position include upholding our philosophy or providing outstanding guest care, checking in/checking out customers, performing value-added services, retail sales, and ensuring positive, uplifting experiences for all customers.

Reservationist: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Incoming Phone Calls, Confirmation Calls, Managing Cancellation Policy, Booking Appointments for Services, Up selling and Sales of extra services when Booking Guests, Coordination of Group Bookings. Must be available, when needed, to perform all the tasks required of our Front Desk Coordinator. Fantastic phone voice a must!
